Glover Technology, LLC, doing business as Senarei (“Senarei,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), provides AI-assisted communication, scheduling, appointment management, workflow, analytics, and business-management services.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, access, use, disclose, retain, delete, and protect personal information when you:

• Visit a Senarei or Glover Technology website;
• Create or administer a Senarei account;
• Use a Senarei application or service;
• Connect a Google or Microsoft account;
• Call, text, chat with, book through, or otherwise interact with a business using Senarei; or
• Communicate with Senarei for support, billing, sales, or other purposes.

This Privacy Policy also specifically explains Senarei’s access, use, transfer, protection, retention, and deletion of data obtained through Google APIs.

When you create a Senarei business account, purchase a subscription, administer an integration, visit our website, or contact Senarei directly, Senarei generally determines why and how the associated personal information is processed.

When you call, text, chat with, book through, or otherwise interact with a business that uses Senarei, that business generally determines the purposes for which your information is processed. In those circumstances, Senarei generally processes the information on behalf of that business.

Questions about the privacy practices of a particular business should also be directed to that business.

Depending on how you use Senarei, we may collect the following categories of information.

This may include:

• Name;
• Business name;
• Job title or role;
• Email address;
• Telephone number;
• Login and authentication information;
• Account permissions; and
• Communications with Senarei.

This may include:

• Business locations;
• Business hours;
• Services;
• Pricing information;
• Appointment durations;
• Booking rules;
• Service areas;
• Employee and technician information;
• Calendar assignments;
• Notification settings;
• AI configuration;
• Business policies; and
• Transfer or escalation instructions.

This may include:

• Caller or sender telephone number;
• Email address;
• Service address;
• Appointment details;
• Requested services;
• Customer questions;
• Conversation notes;
• Call and message metadata;
• Transcripts and summaries;
• Customer preferences;
• Consent records; and
• Opt-out records.

Where recording is enabled, this information may include call audio.

This may include:

• Subscription plan;
• Billing status;
• Transaction records;
• Invoice information;
• Usage quantities; and
• Payment-related identifiers received from our payment processor.

Senarei does not ordinarily store complete payment-card numbers.

This may include:

• IP address;
• Device type;
• Browser type;
• Operating system;
• Application version;
• Log-in activity;
• Diagnostic information;
• Security events;
• Application logs;
• Feature usage;
• Error reports; and
• Performance information.

When an authorized user connects a third-party service, such as Google Calendar or Microsoft Outlook, Senarei may receive the information necessary to provide the selected integration. The specific Google data Senarei accesses is described in Section 8.

We may collect information:

• Directly from you;
• From the business with which you interact;
• Automatically through Senarei websites, applications, and services;
• From connected accounts you authorize;
• From telecommunications and messaging providers;
• From calendar, authentication, and payment providers; and
• From vendors that support hosting, security, analytics, monitoring, and customer service.

We may use personal information to:

• Create and administer Senarei accounts;
• Authenticate users;
• Configure business services;
• Receive and route calls, messages, and chats;
• Interpret customer requests;
• Generate authorized responses, transcripts, and summaries;
• Answer questions about a business and its services;
• Determine appointment availability;
• Create, update, reschedule, and cancel appointments;
• Assign appointments to employees or technicians;
• Transfer interactions to authorized people;
• Send confirmations, reminders, and service notifications;
• Operate connected calendar and communication integrations;
• Process subscriptions and maintain billing records;
• Provide customer service and technical support;
• Diagnose errors and maintain service reliability;
• Detect fraud, abuse, and security incidents;
• Enforce our agreements;
• Comply with legal requirements; and
• Improve the security, performance, accessibility, and usability of Senarei.

We do not use Google user data for advertising, retargeting, interest-based advertising, determining creditworthiness, or lending decisions.

Senarei uses artificial-intelligence systems to interpret requests, generate responses, summarize communications, and invoke business tools that have been authorized and configured by the responsible business.

AI-generated information may be incomplete or inaccurate. Businesses using Senarei remain responsible for reviewing their configurations and determining when human assistance is appropriate.

Senarei does not use identifiable customer conversation data or identifiable Google user data to train a general-purpose artificial-intelligence model for the benefit of unrelated third parties unless the responsible user or business provides separate, express authorization.

AI and speech-processing service providers may process limited information when necessary to provide an enabled Senarei feature. Those providers are subject to contractual and security restrictions governing their processing of the information.

A business may enable call recording, transcription, or summarization.

Where required, callers or other participants will receive a voice, visual, or written notice. Recording and consent requirements vary by jurisdiction.

A person may request human assistance or end an interaction. However, the business may not be able to complete the requested service without obtaining information that is reasonably necessary to provide it.

Senarei may disclose personal information to:

• The business on whose behalf Senarei provides an interaction;
• Authorized administrators and personnel of that business;
• Cloud-hosting providers;
• AI and speech-processing providers;
• Telecommunications and messaging providers;
• Calendar and identity providers;
• Payment processors;
• Security, monitoring, and technical-support providers;
• Professional advisers, including attorneys, accountants, auditors, and insurers;
• Government agencies, courts, or law-enforcement authorities when legally required; and
• A successor organization in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets, subject to applicable notice and consent requirements.

Senarei may use and disclose aggregated or de-identified information that cannot reasonably be used to identify an individual.

Senarei does not sell personal information or Google user data. Senarei does not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

This section applies when an authorized Senarei administrator or user connects a Google account to Senarei.

Senarei’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

Senarei accesses Google user data only after the user affirmatively authorizes the connection through Google’s OAuth consent process.

The Google authorization screen identifies the permissions Senarei is requesting. Senarei requests only the permissions reasonably necessary to provide the Google features selected by the user.

Users are not required to connect a Google account to use unrelated Senarei features. Declining or revoking a Google permission may prevent the corresponding Google integration from operating, but it will not authorize Senarei to access data outside the permissions granted.

Depending on the Google permissions granted and the Senarei features enabled, Senarei may access the following raw Google user data.

Senarei may access:

• Google account identifier;
• Name;
• Email address;
• Profile image, if provided by the authorized Google scope; and
• Information indicating which Google account granted authorization.

Senarei uses this information to identify the connected account, display the integration status, associate the connection with the correct Senarei tenant or user, and troubleshoot authorization issues.

Senarei may access:

• Calendar identifiers;
• Calendar names and descriptions;
• Calendar time zones;
• Calendar access and permission information;
• Calendar availability and free/busy information;
• Event identifiers;
• Event titles;
• Event descriptions;
• Event start and end dates and times;
• Event time zones;
• Event locations;
• Event status;
• Recurrence information;
• Attendee names and email addresses;
• Organizer information;
• Conference or virtual-meeting information associated with an event;
• Event reminders;
• Event creation and modification timestamps; and
• Other event fields returned by Google that are necessary to display, create, update, reschedule, or cancel an appointment.

Senarei may create, update, reschedule, and delete Google Calendar events on the user’s behalf when the user has granted the applicable permission and the action is initiated through an enabled Senarei scheduling workflow.

Senarei may receive and store:

• OAuth access tokens;
• OAuth refresh tokens;
• Granted scope information;
• Token issue or expiration information;
• Authorization status;
• Connection status; and
• Errors or diagnostic information associated with the Google connection.

OAuth tokens allow Senarei to perform authorized Google API operations without requesting the user’s Google password. Senarei does not receive or store the user’s Google password.

Unless Senarei introduces a separate feature, clearly discloses that feature, requests the applicable Google permission, and receives the user’s affirmative authorization, Senarei does not access:

• Gmail message bodies;
• Gmail attachments;
• Gmail inbox contents;
• Google Drive files;
• Google Photos;
• Google search history;
• Google location history;
• Google payment information; or
• Google account passwords.

Connecting Google Calendar does not give Senarei unrestricted access to all information in a user’s Google account.

Senarei may generate limited information derived from authorized Google Calendar data, including:

• Available and unavailable time periods;
• Appointment conflict indicators;
• Appointment counts;
• Booking completion rates;
• Calendar synchronization status;
• Synchronization error rates;
• Calendar-provider usage statistics;
• Appointment duration statistics;
• Rescheduling or cancellation counts; and
• Operational performance metrics.

Where practical, analytics are aggregated or de-identified so they do not directly identify a Google user, calendar attendee, or individual event.

Senarei does not attempt to re-identify information that has been aggregated or de-identified.

The restrictions described in this Privacy Policy apply to raw Google data and to information aggregated, anonymized, or derived from Google user data.

Senarei uses raw Google user data only to provide or improve user-facing Senarei features that the user or authorized business has selected, including:

• Connecting a Google Calendar to Senarei;
• Confirming which Google account is connected;
• Displaying connected-calendar status;
• Identifying available appointment times;
• Preventing double booking;
• Selecting an appropriate business, employee, or technician calendar;
• Creating calendar events for confirmed appointments;
• Updating events when appointments are rescheduled;
• Removing or marking events when appointments are cancelled;
• Synchronizing Senarei appointment records with Google Calendar;
• Including locations, attendees, reminders, or conference information in events when configured;
• Diagnosing synchronization failures;
• Reconnecting an expired or revoked integration;
• Protecting the integration against unauthorized access or abuse; and
• Providing customer support requested by the user.

Senarei does not use raw Google user data for independent marketing, advertising, profiling unrelated to the Senarei service, or the development of products unrelated to the user-facing feature for which access was granted.

Senarei may use aggregated, anonymized, or derived Google data to:

• Measure calendar-integration reliability;
• Identify synchronization delays or failures;
• Improve appointment availability calculations;
• Improve scheduling workflows;
• Determine whether calendar features are operating correctly;
• Plan system capacity;
• Produce aggregate service-usage reports;
• Prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents; and
• Improve the performance and usability of Senarei.

Aggregated or de-identified Google data is not used for targeted advertising, sold to data brokers, or provided to third parties for surveillance, creditworthiness, lending, or unrelated profiling.

Senarei does not sell raw Google user data.

Senarei may transfer or make limited raw Google user data available only to the following categories of recipients and only when necessary for a permitted purpose:

Calendar information and scheduling results may be displayed to the user who connected the account and to authorized personnel of the applicable Senarei business account when necessary to manage appointments and business operations.

Encrypted Google data may be processed or stored by cloud-hosting, database, backup, monitoring, and security providers that operate Senarei’s technical infrastructure.

These providers may process the information only to provide contracted services to Senarei and are not authorized to use it for their own advertising or unrelated purposes.

Limited data may be processed by service providers that help Senarei provide user-facing scheduling, support, security, logging, or communication functions.

Senarei limits the information provided to the amount reasonably necessary for the provider to perform the applicable service.

Senarei may disclose Google user data when reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law, a valid court order, subpoena, or other binding legal process, or to protect against fraud, abuse, security threats, or violations of law.

Google user data may be transferred as part of a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets only as permitted by applicable law and Google’s requirements. Where Google’s policies require prior explicit consent, Senarei will obtain that consent before the transfer.

Senarei does not transfer Google user data to:

• Advertising platforms;
• Data brokers;
• Information resellers;
• Credit-reporting or lending organizations;
• Parties conducting surveillance; or
• Unrelated third parties seeking to build marketing or behavioral profiles.

Senarei may share aggregated or de-identified operational information with:

• Senarei business customers;
• Infrastructure providers;
• Analytics and monitoring providers;
• Auditors;
• Professional advisers; and
• Potential transaction advisers or investors.

Such information will be structured so that it cannot reasonably identify a Google user or expose the contents of an individual calendar or event.

Senarei does not sell aggregated or anonymized Google data for advertising, surveillance, credit, lending, or data-broker purposes.

Senarei personnel do not routinely read the contents of Google Calendar events.

Authorized Senarei personnel may access limited Google user data when:

• The user affirmatively requests support involving specific calendar information;
• Access is necessary to investigate a synchronization failure, bug, suspected fraud, abuse, or security incident;
• Access is required to comply with applicable law; or
• The information has been aggregated or de-identified and is used for authorized internal operations.

Access is limited to personnel with a legitimate business need and is subject to access controls, confidentiality obligations, and logging where appropriate.

Senarei uses administrative, technical, physical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information and Google user data against unauthorized or unlawful access, use, alteration, destruction, loss, or disclosure.

These safeguards may include:

• Encryption of information in transit using secure transport protocols;
• Encryption of sensitive information at rest where supported and appropriate;
• Encryption or equivalent protection for stored OAuth tokens;
• Role-based access controls;
• Least-privilege access;
• Multi-tenant data separation controls;
• Authentication and authorization controls;
• Secure secrets and credential management;
• Production access restrictions;
• Logging and monitoring;
• Security-event detection;
• Secure software-development practices;
• Vulnerability and dependency management;
• Database backup and recovery procedures;
• Incident-response processes;
• Employee and contractor confidentiality obligations; and
• Periodic review of access permissions.

Senarei does not transmit Google OAuth tokens in plaintext. Google client secrets, access tokens, and refresh tokens are treated as sensitive credentials and are not intentionally placed in publicly accessible source-code repositories.

No system, transmission method, or storage mechanism can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Senarei therefore cannot guarantee absolute security.

Senarei retains information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the services, maintain security and audit records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and comply with legal obligations.

Retention periods vary based on the type of data, the applicable Senarei feature, customer configuration, contractual requirements, and legal obligations.

Senarei retains Google OAuth access and refresh tokens while:

• The Google integration remains connected;
• The applicable Senarei account remains active;
• The tokens are required to provide the authorized integration; and
• Senarei has a lawful and permitted purpose for retaining them.

When the integration is disconnected, authorization is revoked, or the tokens are no longer required, Senarei will revoke the tokens where appropriate and delete them from active Senarei systems.

Residual encrypted copies may remain temporarily in restricted backups until those backups are overwritten or expire under Senarei’s backup-retention schedule.

Senarei generally retrieves Google Calendar information when necessary to calculate availability, synchronize an appointment, display authorized calendar information, or perform another requested calendar operation.

Senarei may retain the following information for the duration of the applicable appointment or customer relationship:

• Google calendar identifier;
• Google event identifier;
• Synchronization status;
• Appointment start and end time;
• Assigned calendar or resource;
• Error or retry information; and
• Limited event details necessary to maintain the appointment.

Senarei does not intentionally retain complete copies of an entire Google calendar when that information is not required to provide the enabled feature.

Google-derived appointment information may be retained as part of Senarei’s business records for the period configured by the Senarei business customer or for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain transaction history, respond to disputes, preserve security records, or comply with law.

Senarei may retain aggregated or de-identified operational information for a longer period because it no longer reasonably identifies a Google user or exposes an individual calendar event.

Senarei will not attempt to use retained aggregated or de-identified information to reconstruct identifiable Google user data.

Security logs, access logs, synchronization logs, and audit records may be retained for a period reasonably necessary to detect abuse, investigate incidents, demonstrate compliance, and maintain service reliability.

Where logs contain Google user data, Senarei limits the information recorded to what is reasonably necessary for those purposes.

Users may request deletion of Google user data by:

• Disconnecting the Google integration within Senarei;
• Revoking Senarei’s access through their Google Account security settings;
• Deleting the applicable Senarei account, where that option is available; or
• Submitting a deletion request to support@glovertechnology.com.

When a Google integration is disconnected or a verified deletion request is approved, Senarei will take reasonable steps to:

• Stop making Google API requests using the affected authorization;
• Revoke the associated OAuth token where appropriate;
• Delete stored OAuth access and refresh tokens;
• Delete stored Google account connection information that is no longer required;
• Delete or de-identify retained Google Calendar data that is not subject to a legal, security, contractual, or dispute-preservation requirement; and
• Remove the connection from active Senarei systems.

Deletion from active systems will ordinarily be completed within 30 days after Senarei verifies and approves the request. Encrypted residual copies may remain in restricted backups until the applicable backup is overwritten or expires.

Senarei may retain limited information when required to:

• Comply with law;
• Establish, exercise, or defend legal claims;
• Detect or investigate fraud, abuse, or security incidents;
• Preserve billing or transaction records;
• Document that a deletion request was fulfilled; or
• Enforce applicable agreements.

Any retained information will remain protected and will not be used for a new or unrelated purpose.

Disconnecting Senarei does not automatically delete events that were previously created in Google Calendar. Users may delete those events directly in Google Calendar. Senarei may also delete an event when the corresponding appointment is cancelled if the integration is still connected and the user has authorized that action.

Deletion of information from Senarei does not control copies independently retained by:

• Google;
• The business with which the individual interacted;
• Event attendees;
• Other calendar users; or
• Other third parties that received information independently of Senarei.

Requests involving information controlled by a Senarei business customer may be referred to that business for processing.

Users may request access, correction, or deletion of other personal information by contacting support@glovertechnology.com.

Senarei may require information reasonably necessary to verify the requester’s identity and authority.

When Senarei processes information on behalf of a business customer, the request may need to be submitted to or approved by that business.

Deleting a Senarei account or particular data may prevent Senarei from providing some or all services.

Depending on where you live and subject to applicable exceptions, you may have the right to:

• Confirm whether personal information is being processed;
• Access personal information;
• Correct inaccurate information;
• Request deletion;
• Obtain a portable copy of certain information;
• Restrict or object to certain processing;
• Withdraw consent;
• Opt out of certain sales, targeted advertising, or profiling; and
• Appeal a denied privacy request.

Senarei does not discriminate against individuals for exercising applicable privacy rights.

Requests may be submitted to support@glovertechnology.com.

A user may disconnect a Google or Microsoft integration through the available Senarei integration settings or through the connected provider’s account settings.

Disconnecting an integration may prevent Senarei from:

• Reading calendar availability;
• Creating new calendar events;
• Updating existing events;
• Cancelling synchronized events; or
• Performing other features that depend on the connection.

After disconnection, Senarei will process the associated credentials and retained information as described in Sections 10 and 11.

When a person opts in to receive Senarei-powered SMS messages, Senarei or the applicable business may collect:

• Mobile telephone number;
• Name, if provided;
• Message content;
• Responses;
• Timestamps;
• Consent and opt-out records;
• Appointment or service details; and
• Device or carrier information when available.

This information may be used to:

• Send appointment confirmations and reminders;
• Provide service-related alerts;
• Respond to customer requests;
• Provide customer support;
• Send authorized marketing messages; and
• Maintain evidence of consent and opt-out requests.

Senarei does not sell SMS consent information or mobile telephone numbers.

Mobile opt-in information and consent will not be shared with third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Information may be provided to messaging and telecommunications providers as necessary to deliver requested messages.

Reply STOP to a supported Senarei-powered message to opt out. Reply HELP for assistance. Message frequency may vary, and message and data rates may apply.

Opting out of transactional messages may affect appointment or service communications.

Senarei’s general services are not directed to children under 13, and Senarei does not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 without legally sufficient authorization.

Businesses must not configure Senarei to process children’s information without Senarei’s written approval and all required parental, guardian, institutional, or legal consent.

Additional rights and disclosures may apply based on an individual’s residence.

When Senarei processes information on behalf of a business customer, that business may be responsible for receiving and responding to the privacy request.

Senarei and its service providers may process information in the United States and other locations where they operate.

Where required, Senarei uses appropriate contractual or legal mechanisms for cross-border transfers of personal information.

Senarei may update this Privacy Policy as its services, integrations, legal obligations, or data-processing practices change.

The revised policy will be posted with an updated effective date.

If Senarei materially changes how it accesses, uses, stores, deletes, or shares previously collected Google user data, Senarei will provide additional notice and obtain consent where required before using the data for the new purpose.
