Senarei can be configured to:

• Check appointment availability
• Schedule, reschedule, look up, and cancel appointments
• Collect customer contact and service-request information
• Send appointment confirmations and other authorized notifications
• Transfer customers to a business representative when human assistance is needed
• Integrate with supported calendars, email providers, communication services, and business systems
• Provide businesses with reporting and analytics about customer interactions and operational performance

Each Senarei experience is configured using the participating business’s approved information, operating rules, services, locations, availability, and customer-service processes.

Senarei requests and processes information only to provide and support the services selected by the business and its customers.

Depending on the features being used, this information may include:

• Customer names, telephone numbers, and email addresses
• Appointment dates, times, services, locations, and notes
• Information provided during calls, messages, or service requests
• Calendar availability and appointment information
• Business contact details, operating hours, service areas, and configuration settings
• Communication and integration data required to connect authorized email, calendar, messaging, payment, or telephone services

This information may be used to respond to customer requests, create and manage appointments, send authorized communications, route interactions to the appropriate business representative, maintain service records, support platform security, and provide reporting to the participating business.

Senarei does not request access to a customer’s or business user’s connected account data for unrelated purposes. Access to third-party services is limited to the permissions needed to provide the selected Senarei functionality and is subject to the user’s authorization and the applicable privacy policy.
