These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of Senarei-operated mobile applications, web chat, booking interfaces, and other direct end-user services. By creating an account, selecting “I agree,” or using a covered service after receiving these Terms, you agree to them.
1. Business relationship. Senarei provides technology to businesses. The business you contact is responsible for its products, services, pricing, availability, professional advice, appointments, personnel, and fulfillment. Senarei is not the business and is not a party to your purchase unless expressly stated.
2. AI interaction. You may interact with an AI system. AI responses and transcripts can be inaccurate or incomplete. Confirm important information directly with the business. You may ask for a human where that option is available.
3. No emergencies or professional reliance. Do not use Senarei for emergencies. Call 911 or the appropriate local emergency service. Unless expressly stated by a licensed provider, Senarei does not provide medical, legal, financial, mental-health, safety, or other professional advice.
4. Your information. Provide accurate information and do not submit information you are not authorized to provide. Your information is handled as described in the Privacy Policy and, when you interact with a business, that business’s privacy notice.
5. Accounts. You are responsible for your credentials and for activity under your account. Notify support@glovertechnology.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
6. Acceptable behavior. Do not misuse the service, interfere with operations, attempt unauthorized access, upload malicious content, impersonate another person, harass others, violate law, or infringe rights.
7. Communications. By requesting an appointment or service, you authorize transactional communications reasonably related to that request. Marketing communications require any additional consent required by law. You may opt out of SMS by replying STOP.
8. Availability and changes. Features may change and may be unavailable because of maintenance, networks, carriers, model providers, calendars, or other third parties.
9. Intellectual property. Senarei and its licensors own the application, interface, software, and related content. You receive a limited personal, revocable, nontransferable right to use them for their intended purpose.
10. Disclaimers and liability. The service is provided as available and without implied warranties to the extent permitted by law. Senarei is not responsible for the business’s acts, services, statements, or failure to honor an appointment.
11. Termination. We may suspend or terminate access for misuse, security concerns, legal requirements, or discontinuation. Provisions that by nature should survive will survive.
12. Governing law and contact. These Terms are governed by Delaware law, subject to mandatory consumer protections. Contact support@glovertechnology.com.
